Order & Exchange Policy

Ordering

You can buy in our Berhampore store or order on WhatsApp. For WhatsApp orders, we confirm the product, size and price with you before payment.

Delivery

Local delivery in Berhampore can be arranged. For other locations we ship across India through courier; delivery time and charges are shared when you order.

Exchange

• Unused items with original tags can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase/delivery.
• Custom-stitched, altered and sale items cannot be exchanged.
• Hand-block and tie-dye products have small variations in colour and print — these are a mark of handwork, not a defect.
